关于电动汽车动力电池能量转移均衡控制设计

【摘要】Because the cells of power battery are affected by materials,production process,and the environmental temperature,the phenomenon of voltage unbalance in batteries will occur and gradually increase in the use of the process.It will make the battery over charge and over discharge damage and lead to that the battery pack cannot work normally.Combined with the classic Buck-Boost converter theory,the equilibrium control strategy of a new type with double layer energy transfer is proposed for the power battery module.Its equilibrium process is analyzed,and switch status of MOSFET controlled by PWM signal from MCU is illustrated.By using toolbox of SIMULINK/SimPowerSystem,the balanced control simulation system is built,and the simulation is carried out for 2-section and 6-section power batteries respectively.The voltage difference is taken as the balanced judgment standard for power batteries,the validity of the equilibrium control strategy based on the Buck-Boost double layer energy transfer is verified.%由于动力电池受材料、生产工艺、环境温度等因素影响,电池组在使用过程中会发生电压不一致的现象,并且会逐渐的加大,会引起部分电池过充和过放,从而导致电池组无法进行正常的工作.结合经典的Buck-Boost变换器原理
