第一篇 锅炉本体受热面检修
1 锅炉本体简介及主要技术参数:
1、2号炉型号:HG-1021/18.2-HM5 3、4号炉型号:HG-1025/17.5-HM5 该型号锅炉采用美国CE燃烧工程公司的引进技术,为亚临界压力一次中间再热自然循环单汽包锅炉。采用平衡通风及六角切圆燃烧,燃料为褐煤。锅炉以MCR为设计参数。在机组电负荷 为332MW(330.3MW)情况下,锅炉最大连续蒸发量为1021t/h(1025t/h),机组电负荷为300MW时锅炉的额定蒸发量为910t/h。
锅炉呈“Π”型布置,前部为炉膛,炉膛四周布满了膜式水冷壁,顶部布置鳍片式顶棚管过热器,炉膛上方布置了壁式再热器和大节距的分隔屏过热器以增加过热器与再热器的辐射特性,并起到切割旋转的烟气流,以减少进入过热气器炉宽方向的烟温偏差的作用。壁再布置于前墙和两侧墙水冷壁外部,分隔屏沿炉宽方向布置四大片。在炉膛上方折焰角前以横向节距686mm沿炉宽方向布置了20片后屏过热器。在折焰角后水平烟道和后墙水冷壁悬挂管之间以横向节距228.6mm沿炉宽方向布置了60片的末级再热器;在后屏过热器和水冷壁悬挂管之间的,以横向节距457.2mm沿炉膛宽方向布置了30片后屏再热器;在后墙水冷壁对流排管和前包墙管过热器之间以152.4mm的横向节距沿整个炉宽方向布置了90片末级过热器;立式低温过热器和水平低温过热器位于尾部烟道内,立式低温过热器位于水平低温过温器上方,一共91片,以152mm横向节距沿炉宽方向布置。
1.1 省煤器检修 1.1.1 简介
膜式省煤器在锅炉尾部烟道下部,管排平行于侧墙,水流与烟气逆流,省煤器沿炉深度方向分为3组(3、4号炉为2组),管径为Φ42×5.5(3、4号炉为Φ42×5),在锅炉横向方向由102.5排错列布置的水平蛇形管组成,所有蛇形管都从入口集箱引入,终止于出口集箱。鳍片规格:宽60mm,厚4mm。 省煤器设备规范:

1.1.2.1.1 在水冲洗之前,应办理工作票,确认排烟温度降至40℃以下,才可进入内部冲洗。 1.1.2.1.2 水冲洗时工作人员分工明确,确定指定监护人。 1.1.2.1.3 进入烟道之前,应先打开人孔门进行通风。
1.1.2.1.4 省煤器冲洗应自上而下进行,逐层逐排冲洗,致使管排间无积灰,管子露出金属光泽。
1.1.2.1.5 冲洗省煤器时,应注意保证省煤器除灰系统正常运行,灰斗应无堵塞现象。 1.1.2.1.6 省煤器冲洗后,应及时捡出管排上的各种杂物,保持管排清洁,防止杂物阻塞,影响烟气流动而产生涡流,造成管子磨损加剧。
1.1.2.1.7 省煤器冲洗前后,检修人员应清点人员和工具,关闭人孔门前,应再进行一次同样的检查。
1.1.2.2 省煤器管子检查及更换
1.1.2.2.1 宏观检查管子外型磨损、腐蚀情况。即有无局部胀粗、凹陷、腐蚀、伤痕、重皮、过热、磨损等,磨损超过壁厚的的1/3应进行换管,割管检查应防爆、防磨检查情况及化学监督要求确定割管部位及割管数量、长度。 1.1.2.2.2 省煤器管子磨损应着重检查部位 a 烟气最先接触的1-3排管子。
b 蛇形管弯头外侧容易形成“烟气走廊”的部位。
c 靠墙部位管子,烟气流速和浓度相对较高的烟气转弯外侧受热面。 d 管子支吊架及管夹周围。
e 人孔门、吹灰器孔附近的管排。
f 管排及管子防磨装置脱落、鼓起、歪斜、变形部位。 g 产生局部“烟气走廊”或杂物堆积的管排。 h 高、中温段省煤器连接管弯头的迎风面。 1.1.2.2.3 用定距卡板检查管子的胀粗情况;用测厚仪测量管子磨损、腐蚀情况并作好记录。 1.1.2.2.4 管子内壁垢蚀情况检查,一般需打开入口联箱手孔口联箱手孔和割管样化学检查,省煤器入口联箱引出管段应着重检查。 1.1.2.3 省煤器换管及割管检查、检修工艺
a 割管准备。准备好割管检修所需工具,如手持切割机、角向磨光机、坡口机及电磨等工具,接好行灯及电源。
b 割管。用手持切割机割下需更换或割管检查的管段,对更换管段打好坡口,记录好所需新管段实际尺寸及配制新管段材质。
c 检查及更换。检查割管部位管子内壁垢蚀情况,测量管子壁厚,并作好记录。新管更换前应进行外观检查,内外壁表面应无划痕、裂纹等缺陷,符合有关标准规定。新管更换时,用坡口机打坡口,留出对口间隙2-3mm,管口部位15mm范围内外壁打磨,露出金属光泽,用对口卡子进行对口,对口管子内、外壁应平齐,折口、错口等符合焊接要求,焊

1.1.2.5.1 检查各吊架、吊挂板、定位梳形板、间隔卡、防磨板等受力、变形及腐蚀情况。 1.1.2.5.2 省煤器管排冲洗干净,露出金属本色,杂物清理干净。 1.1.2.5.3 省煤器管排冲干净,露出金属本色,杂物清理干净。 1.1.2.5.4 省煤器落灰管、灰斗畅通,无阻塞。
1.1.2.5.5 管子局部磨损不超过壁厚的1/3,面积不大于10mm2,可堆焊补强,磨损超标或普遍磨损严重应更新管。
1.1.2.5.6 管子表面不许存在裂纹及严重腐蚀,蚀坑深度不超壁厚的1/3。
1.1.2.5.7 割管时应使切口距联箱70mm以上,距弯头起弧点100mm以上,距焊口200mm以上。
1.1.2.5.8 坡口角度30-35°,钝边0.5~1.0mm;对口间隙2-3mm。 1.1.2.5.9 蛇形管弯头与包墙距离不小于50mm。 1.1.2.5.10 配制管段材质、规格须符合要求。 1.1.2.5.11 联箱内部无水垢、污物。

1.1.2.6.2.4 检查灰斗人孔门密封情况,漏风部位重新更换密封填料。 1.1.2.6.2.5 灰斗落灰插板门进行检查,开关灵活好用,密封填料更换。 1.1.2.6.2.6 检查箱式冲灰器,对内部杂物进行彻底清理。
1.1.2.6.2.7 检查箱式冲灰器供水门,应开关灵活无卡涩,门杆密封无漏水现象,法兰垫损坏漏泄应进行更换。
1.1.2.6.2.8 检查箱式冲灰器各激流喷嘴磨损情况,对堵塞的喷嘴应取出异物。
1.1.2.6.2.9 检查灰管路有无磨损减薄漏泄情况,对弯头易磨损部位割孔检查磨损情况,磨损超过管壁的1/2应更换新管。 1.1.2.6.3 质量标准
1.1.2.6.3.1 灰斗内无任何杂物、积灰。 1.1.2.6.3.2 灰斗各部位无漏风现象。 1.1.2.6.3.4 各人孔门密封完好无漏风。 1.1.2.6.3.5 各阀门开关灵活密封点无漏泄。

炉膛四周为全焊式膜式水冷管,管径为φ63.5×8,节距S=76.2mm,材质为SA-210A1。后水冷壁经折焰角后抽出35根作为后水冷壁吊挂管,管径为φ76×13,材质为SA-210A1,水冷壁延伸侧墙及水冷壁对流排管的管径φ76×9,材质为SA-210A1。 为保证亚临界锅炉水循环可靠,根据几何特性和受热面特性将水冷壁划分为32个回路,前后墙及两侧墙各8个回路,水冷壁计算回路共54个,经精确水循环计算确定,从冷灰斗拐点以上3m到折焰角处,以及上炉膛中辐射再热器区域未被再热器遮盖的前墙和侧水冷壁管采用内螺纹管(其余部分为光管)。

1.2.2.1 准备好所用材料:Φ63.5×8的水冷壁管,包括光管和内螺纹管,Φ8、Φ10、Φ12圆钢。
1.2.2.2 接好临时性固定照明或行灯。 1.2.2.3 清除水冷壁挂焦。
1.2.2.4 从人孔门处观察结焦情况,将易掉的焦块打掉。
1.2.2.5 炉膛内搭设好脚手架或检修平台,搭设时应指定工作负责人。
1.2.2.6 水冷壁除焦时,先将人孔门处挂焦全部清除,人员进入炉内,清除工作位置正上方焦块,避免工作中焦块掉落伤人。利用检修平台除焦时,应自上而下进行,人处于焦块上方,选择合适位置除焦,避免伤人。除焦时指定监护人,随时保持联系。 1.2.2.7 进行修前水压,仔细检查并做好记录
1.2.3 水冷壁检查
1.2.3.1 检查水冷壁管过热、胀粗情况。
1.2.3.2 检查燃烧器附近管屏等水循环不良及炉膛热负荷最高区域的管子、局部管壁过热处。
1.2.3.3 利用定距卡板检查测量水冷壁胀粗及磨损情况,作好记录。 1.2.3.4 检查水冷壁磨损情况。
1.2.3.5 检查燃烧器煤粉喷嘴附近,二次风喷口、吹灰器孔附近,打焦孔四周及水冷壁折焰角处下部等为主要检查内容,并作好记录。

1.2.3.6.1检查水冷壁上、下联箱及炉墙膨胀指示器是否牢固,指针刻度盘冷态时指针应指到零位,否则应核定零位。
1.2.3.6.2 检查水冷壁水平刚性梁、平衡杆、垂直刚性梁膨胀有无卡阻及变形情况。 1.2.3.7 水冷壁管屏密封结构检查
1.2.3.7.1 检查鳍片与管子对接焊缝及热影响区是否有裂纹。
1.2.3.7.2 检查上下左右管屏之间水冷壁联接结构焊缝有无脱焊、开裂缺陷。 1.2.3.7.3 检查冷灰斗及折焰角处与侧水冷壁密封焊缝有无拉裂等缺陷。
1.2.3.7.4 炉顶、折焰角、燃烧器冷灰斗各部位支吊架检查,支吊架应完好、无松动、脱落现象。
1.2.3.8 检查水冷壁管子内壁结垢及腐蚀情况。
1.2.3.8.1 在热负荷最高区域,一般在燃烧器上部割取800-1200mm长管段一根。 1.2.3.8.2 在冷灰斗部位,割取800-1200mm长管段一根。
1.2.3.8.3 割取的管段应轻拿轻放,不允许碰撞或摔打,送化学监督检查,在割取管段中取一定长度,用酸洗去除水垢后,计算出内径单位面积结垢量。 1.2.3.8.4 检查管材的金相组织变化及机械性能情况。 1.2.3.9 联箱检查
1.2.3.9.1 按照化学和金属监督要求切割水冷壁联箱手孔端盖,切割处应用石笔划出与手孔接头中心线垂直的切口。
1.2.3.9.2 切割后检查联箱内结垢及腐蚀情况。
1.2.3.9.3 联箱手孔接头修坡口,手孔盖送机加加工坡口,坡口角度30°-35°,对口间隙2-3mm,钝边0.5-1mm。
1.2.3.9.4 对口点焊后,再进行焊接,手工钨极氩弧焊打底,电焊盖面。 1.2.4 膜式水冷壁检修工艺
1.2.4.1 检修前各项安全措施应全部执行后方可开始工作。检修前保证检修地点照明充足,备好检修工器具,搭设合格的脚手架,拆除有关护板,保温,确定割管部位及数量。
1.2.4.2 用气割将需要更换管段部位的鳍片割开,在焊口部位上、下25mm范围内鳍片沿管壁全部割除,便于焊接焊口。
1.2.4.3 划线割管,修制坡口。修制坡口时用坡口机打坡口,用管口磨光机或电磨将管口内外壁磨光,露出金属光泽。
1.2.4.4 配管。新管配制前,应进行外观检查,管径材质应符合要求。对膜式内螺纹管应检查其内螺纹是否清晰,内螺纹是否偏离管子中心,内螺纹线高度0.4-0.6mm,不符合要求不得使用。
1.2.4.5 对于内螺纹管,应把焊口区域上的内螺纹部分磨平,做好钝边,将新管与原管对正点焊后进行焊接,先焊下口,焊口对接前鳍片,不得点焊,以免焊接膨胀拉伤管子。
1.2.4.6 将新管鳍片密封部位用圆钢或扁钢密封焊。鳍片焊接时,先焊管段中间部位,然后再焊上、下焊缝以均匀吸收长度方向上的焊接热应力。 1.2.4.7 水压试验合格后,恢复护墙保温及护板。 1.2.5 水冷壁检修质量标准
1.2.5.1 水冷壁挂焦清理干净,折焰角无积灰。
1.2.5.2 水冷壁管的局部硬伤不超过原管径的10%可以补焊,如果有普遍磨损严重是,超过壁厚的1/3应更换新管。
1.2.5.3 水冷壁管胀粗超过原管径的3.5%时应更换新管。 1.2.5.4 对由于大焦块下落砸扁的管段,应换新管。

1.2.5.6 水冷壁管切口应距焊口200mm以上,距联箱外壁应≥70mm,距弯头起弧应点100mm以上。
1.2.6 水冷壁管子坡口对口焊接技术要求
1.2.6.1切口端面与管中心线垂直,在距端面200mm处,中心线最大偏差不超过0.5mm。 1.2.6.2 坡口30-35°,钝边2.5~3mm。 1.2.6.3 对口间隙2.5~3mm。
1.2.6.4 管端至少有30-50mm长度内、外壁打磨出金属光泽。
1.2.6.5 焊接操作必须保证在无应力下进行,焊工由合格的人员担任。 1.2.6.6 焊接所用管材、焊丝、焊条应符合要求。 1.3过热器及再热器检修 1.3.1 过热器简介
锅炉过热器由五个主要部分组成:a)末级过热器;b)后屏过热器;c)分隔屏;d)立式低温过热器;e)水平式低温过热器;后烟道包墙和顶棚过热器。
末级过热器位于水冷壁排管后方的水平烟道内,一共有90片,管径为Φ51,以152.4mm的横向节距沿炉宽方向布置。
后屏过热位于炉膛上方折焰角前,一共有20片,管径为Φ60(外圈管)、Φ54以686mm横向节距沿整个炉宽方向布置。
分隔屏位于炉膛上方,前墙水冷壁和后屏过热器之间,共四排,每排6片小屏布置,管径为Φ51,从炉膛中心开始,分别以3430,2743,2566mm的横向节距沿整个炉膛宽度布置。
后烟道包墙和顶棚过热器部分由侧墙、前墙和后墙及顶棚组成,形成一个垂直下行的烟道。后烟道延伸包墙形成一部分水平烟道。炉膛顶棚管形成了炉膛和水平烟道部分的顶棚。 1.3.2 再热器简介
再热器由三个主要部分组成:a)末级再热器;b)后屏再热器;c)墙式辐射式 器。
末级再热器位于炉膛折焰角后的水平烟道内,在水冷壁后墙悬吊管和水冷壁排管之间,共60片,管径为Φ63,以228.6mm的横向节距沿炉宽方向布置。
后屏再热器位于后屏过热器和水冷壁悬吊管之间,共30片,管径为Φ63,以457.2mm横向节距沿炉宽方向布置。
墙式再热器布置在水冷壁前墙和水冷壁侧墙靠近前墙的部分,高度为19872mm,在其最下端分隔屏下4267mm,前墙辐射再热器有196根Φ50管,两侧墙辐射再热器有202根Φ50管,以S=50.8mm的节距沿水冷壁表面密排而成。
