谷红注射液联合盐酸法舒地尔治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床研

【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guhong Injection combined with Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection in treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods Patients (78 patients) with ischemic cerebral infarction in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from May 2013 to May 2015 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the different treatment plans, and each group had 39 cases. All patients were given conventional basic treatment with reducing intracranial pressure, trophic nerve, and lipid regulating. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection, 60 mg added into 250 mL normal saline, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Guhong Injection, 20 mL added into 150 mL normal saline, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of hemorheology, ET-1, and NIHSS score in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.49% and 87.18%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05).
