【摘要】Objective To explore the changes of bone mineral density (BMD)in patients with apical lesions after treatment with the Cone Beam CT (CBCT)and Radio Visio Graphy (RVG).Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients with apical lesions were selected as study subjects.Patients treated with root canal therapy,1 months,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation,the BMD was detected by RVG and CBCT.The safety and feasibility of CBCT and RVG were studied by comparing

densi-ty.Results
CBCT
sagittal
measurements show that there was a significant difference between the sagittal bone density between 1 months,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation(P <0.05).CBCT coronal measurements showed that there was significant difference in the bone density between 1 months,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation (P <0.05).The results of RVG measurement showed that there was significant difference in bone density between 1,3 and 6 months after operation(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in bone mineral density between 6 and 12 months after operation(P >0.05).CBCT results
showed that the BMD of alveolar bone was gradually increased with time,and the bone density became normal after one year.The results of RVG showed that the BMD of alveolar bone increased gradually with time,and it became normal after sixth months.Conclusion The chan-ges of BMD after treatment with CBCT and RVG can be repeated and safe.Bone damage and change can be observed in coronal and sagittal CBCT scan,and the bone damage and changes can only be observed in the coronal RVG scan.%目的：探究和比较锥形束 CT（CBCT）与 X 线直视影像术（RVG）观察根尖病变治疗前后骨密度变化情况及效果。方法选取168例根尖病变患者为研究对象，在行根尖病变根管治疗后1、3、6、12个月时进行复诊，行 RVG 和 CBCT，观察骨密度情况。对比患者牙骨密度，比较 CBCT 与 RVG 测量准确性与安全性。结果 CBCT 矢状位测量结果显示，术前、术后1、3、6个月和12个月，骨密度存在显著性差异（P ＜0．05）；CBCT 冠位测量结果显示，术前、术后1、3、6个月和12个月，骨密度存在显著性差异（P ＜0．05）。RVG 测量结果显示，术前、术后1、3个月，骨密度存在显著性差异（P ＜0．05）；6、12个月骨密度无明显差异（P ＞0．05）。CBCT 结果表明，根尖病变治疗后牙槽骨骨密度值随时间发展逐渐升高，1年后骨密度趋于正常；而RVG 结果表明，根尖病变治疗后牙槽骨骨密度值随时间发展逐渐升高，且第6个月后就趋于正常。结论 CBCT 与 RVG 测量根尖病变治疗后骨密度变化具有可重复、安全等特点。CBCT 可分别从冠状位、矢状位观察骨质受损与变化情况，而 RVG 只能从冠状位观察骨质受损与变化情况。CBCT 检测的综合效果要强于 RVG。
