【摘要】急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层累及主动脉重要分支动脉时,病变更加复杂,严重时可导致重要器官灌注不良综合征甚至器官功能衰竭.目前对夹层累及分支动脉的病理解剖、分型、分期及病理生理改变的认识已渐成熟,但尚不够完善.此外,对于此类复杂病变的处理策略也呈现多样化,某些方面可能还未形成共识,而充分了解复杂病变的解剖和病理生理改变对外科医师选择合理的治疗策略至关重要.随着主动脉疾病基础研究、影像技术及外科手术理念的不断发展与完善,治疗急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层同期处理分支动脉的技术日益受到重视,相关问题也需要深入探讨.?ute Stanford type A aortic dissection with important branches involved is more complex,could lead to organ malperfusion syndrome even organ failure.The understanding of pathological anatomy,classification,staging,and the pathophysiological change has increasingly mature,but not complete.In addition,the treatment strategy for complex lesions is diversified,some questions may not reach consensus.Fully understanding of the anatomical and pathophysiology is very important for surgeons to choose reasonable treatment
