多层螺旋CT血管造影在烟雾病血管重建术后评估中的临床

【摘要】Objective To discuss the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) for post-operative assessment of revascularization surgery in moyamoya disease. Method The CTA and digital substraction angiography (DSA) imaging data of 21 patients with moyamoya disease undergone unilateral revascularization surgery from December 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Two experienced radiologists evaluated the images independently (included the image quality and the patency of bypass vessel) and measured the diameter of bypass vascular, all of these data were used for statistic analysis. Result The CTA images could clearly showed that the surrounding structures of the bypass vessel. In terms of the image quality and the patency of bypass vessel, there were no statistical differences between CTA and DSA(P > 0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography is accurate and reliable, it can be used for post-operative assessment of revascularization surgery.%目的：探讨多层螺旋 CT 血管造影（CT angiography，CTA）在烟雾病血管重建术后评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年12月至2016年1月本院收治的21例行单侧
血管重建术的烟雾病患者的多层螺旋 CT 的 CTA 图像及数字减影血管造影（digital substraction angiography，DSA）图像，分别由2名有经验的影像诊断医师对患者的 CTA 及 DSA 图像显示的重建血管质量及通畅性进行评分，测量重建血管的吻合部血管管径，所有数据均进行统计学分析。结果所有 CTA 图像均可清晰显示重建动脉走行的周围结构解剖关系。CTA 与 DSA 对重建血管的图像评分及重建血管管径测量值比较无显著差异（P ＞0.05）。结论多排螺旋 CTA 检查对重建血管的显示具有准确性和可靠性，可将 CTA作为烟雾病血管重建术后随访评估重建血管情况的常规检查。 【总页数】5页(129-133)
