应用参附强心汤治疗阳虚血瘀型心力衰竭的疗效分析

【摘要】Objective:To analyze the effect of yang deficiency and blood stasis type of heart failure treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction.Methods:164 patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis type of heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 82 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the study group was treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction on the basis of the control group.The improvement of heart function and the comprehensive efficiency before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:After the two groups treated with different methods,left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups was increased,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter was decreased.After adding Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction,in the study group,heart function recovery and comprehensive effective rate were significantly better than the control group treated with western medicine individually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of yang deficiency and blood stasis type of heart failure treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction is significant.%目的：分析阳虚血瘀型心力衰竭患者
应用参附强心汤治疗的效果。方法：收治阳虚血瘀型心力衰竭患者164例，随机分为对照组和研究组各82例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用参附强心汤治疗，比较两组治疗前后的心功能改善情况以及综合有效率。结果：予以不同方案治疗后，两组的左室射血分数均有上升，左室舒张末期内径均有下降，且加服参附强心汤后研究组心功能恢复情况与综合有效率均明显优于单用西药治疗的对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针对阳虚血瘀型心力衰竭患者应用参附强心汤治疗的效果明显。 【总页数】2页(95-96)
