【摘要】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lidocaine and mecobalamin injection used for postherpetic neuralgia in aged Patients. Methods:47 aged patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (25 cases) and control group (22 cases). Al patients in treatment group were treated with Lidocaine analgesic solution mixture contained 2% lidocaine 5ml, Mecobalamin Injection 500ug and 0.9% saline 10ml.The patients in treatment group were treated by intradermic injection along the damage of skin or area of pigmentation and valaciclovir oral.In control group, the patients were only used by tramadol. Results:Compared with before treatment, the treatment group VAS score was significantly lower than the control group. There is a significant different in excel ent rate in treatment group compared with control group. Both groups were no adverse reactions occur. Conclusion: Lidocaine and mecobalamin intradermal injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in aged patients can control the disease, analgesic rapid, improve the cure rate, and easy to application security, suitable for outpatient.% 目的探讨利多卡因联合
