人文关怀在胸外科护理管理中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨人文关怀在胸外科护理管理中的应用。方法 抽取2017年5月—2018年5月94例胸外科患者,按照入院顺序分为两组,组名为观察组、对照组,每组47例,观察组给予人文关怀护理管理,对照组实施常规护理管理,对比干预效果。结果 观察组服务态度(98.25±0.36)分、护理文书书写(97.25±0.34)分、实践技能(97.25±0.33)分、病区管理(97.25±0.36)分均高于对照组(P [关键词] 人文关怀;护理管理;胸外科

Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 94 patients with thoracic surgery were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The groups were named the observation group and the control group, with 47 patients in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing management, and the observation group adopted humane care, comparing intervention effects. Results The scores of service attitude (98.25±0.36)points, nursing writing (97.25±0.34)points, practical skills (97.25±0.33)points, and ward management (97.25±0.36)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
(P<0.05); the incidence of risk events in the observation group was 2.13%, which was lower than the control group by 12.77%(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.87% higher than the control group by 85.11%(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humane care in nursing management of thoracic surgery is significant, which can improve the quality of nursing, reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, and improve nursing satisfaction. 2015年3月我国颁布的《深化优质护理,改善护理服务行动计划》中指出护士要增强主动服务和人文关怀意识,强化“以患者为中心”的理念,保护和尊重患者隐私,给予患者悉心照护、关爱、心理支持和人文关怀[1-2]。护理人员在胸外科护理操作中,需顾忌患者及家属情感上的需求,建立信任关系,减少隔阂,促进患者康复。常规护理外科护理,多关注在疾病治疗及并发症预防中,未强调人文关怀的重要性,促使就诊体验降低,极易引发医患矛盾冲突。胸外科护理人员,每天面对的是需外科手術治疗的患者,需突出“人本思想”,将人文关落至实处[3]。该次研究,为探讨人文关怀在胸外科护理管理中的应用,对其实施结果进行分析,旨在
