自适应控制系统在香料烟晾晒棚温湿度调控中的应用

【摘要】Temperature and humidity in sun-curing room are very important control parameters in the process of oriental tobacco,and they are important to ensure the quality of oriental tobacco.Through the analysis of temperature and humidity control in the process of sun-curing tobacco,the self-adaption control system about temperature and humidity in the sun-cured oriental tobacco room was studied.The self-adaption oriental tobacco room temperature and humidity control system was designed with C8051F020 MCU as the core device,SHT10 temperature and humidity sensor as the detection components,and the liquid crystal display module as the human-computer interface.The automatic self-adaption control system for sun-cured oriental tobacco room technology has a certain application value.%晾晒棚温湿度是香料烟晾晒工艺中十分重要的控制参数，对保证晾晒烟品质具有重要意义。通过对晾晒过程中的温湿度控制过程的分析，结合室外温湿度情况，研究了晾晒棚温湿度人工智能控制。系统采用低成本方案，以单片机C8051F020为核心器件，以SHT10温湿度传感器为检测元件，以液晶显示模块作为人机界面的晾晒棚温湿度自适应控制系统。实践证明，该系统对晾晒棚自动控制技术具有一定的市场推广价值。
