On January 3,2004 I bought a Jones Typewriter, at ABC Store. I had used it only a few days when it broke.

I took it to ABC. ABC accepted the machine. But I waited 3 months before the machine was repaired.

Now, six months later, it has broken again. I took it back to ABC. They were no longer carrying your typewriter, but they assured me that the guarantee was good and suggested that I wrote for further instructions as to what steps to take.
