摘要

纺织机械随着纺织业的发展,纺织机械的制动电路尤为重要,当机械出现故障时,机械如果不及时停止,会影纱线的质量,影响企业的经济效率。所以纺织机械上的制动电路很重要,机械出现故障时制动及时停止,会及时解决上路缺点。纺织机械制动最常用的几种方式有:全波能耗制动、电磁离合器制动、变频器制动。本文也对这三种方式做出了详细解释。

Abstract

With the development of the textile industry textile machinery, textile machinery brake circuit is particularly important when a mechanical failure, mechanical if not stopped, will shadow the yarn quality, economic efficiency of enterprises. So on the brake circuit is very important textile machinery, mechanical failure of the brake in time to stop, the road will promptly resolve shortcomings. The most commonly used textile machinery brake several ways: full-wave energy brake, electromagnetic clutch brake, inverter braking. This article also these three ways to make a detailed explanation.
