Abstract

With the continuous development of technology, the application of artificial intelligence is becoming more and more common, which brings several challenges to the social economy and business man-agement. First of all, this paper analyzes the role of artificial intelligence technology in the future work, and categorizes the work of the artificial intelligence era on the basis of clarifying the hu-man-machine relationship in the artificial intelligence era. Secondly, based on the new require-ments for workers in the era of artificial intelligence, employees are classified. Finally, based on the in-depth analysis of the respective advantages of human intelligence and machine intelligence, a human-machine collaborative work model based on human-machine matching is constructed to provide valuable theoretical references for solving management issues in the era of artificial in-telligence.
