术中导航辅助下经皮椎体成形术治疗15例椎体骨质疏松性
压缩性骨折的疗效分析

【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of PVP or PKP by navigation for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 15 cases osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (20 vertebraes) underwent PVP or PKP by navigation.The reference frame was fixed on the vertebral spinous near or the compressed vertebral,got anterior-posterior and lateral radiography and registered appliances to acquire the virtual images on the computer,then did the operation according to the message above.The VAS value was observed before and after the operation.Results Al operations were successful,no nerve root or spinal cord injuries,no pulmonary embolism and cardiovascular or cerebrovascular emergencies.A total of 4 cases with bone cement leakage in surgery.The VAS value,ODI value decreased after operation, showing statistical difference between them. Conclusion PVP or PKP by navigation for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture has satisfactory therapeutic ef ect with more safe and precise,less-radiation treatment.%目的探讨导航引导下椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法导航下PVP或PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折15例(20椎
体)，根据导航信息行手术治疗。观察手术前后VAS评分变化及并发症。结果20个椎体均成功完成手术。术后VAS评分较术前降低，具有统计学差异。结论导航下经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折，可提高手术的安全性和精确性，降低辐射的损害。 【总页数】2页(188-189)
