本学年全校共青团工作的指导思想和要求是：以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，紧紧围绕学校党政中心工作，以素质教育为统揽，团结培养具有创新意识，创新能力的优秀人才这一主题，与时俱进，扎实工作，竭诚服务广大团员青年成长成才，推进团的思想、组织、作风建设，全面活跃团的各项工作，推动我校共青团工作不断前进。 一、加强青年学生思想政治教育

2、广泛开展形式多样、内涵丰富的主题教育活动。深入贯彻上级各级规章制度及各项意见，以宏扬和培育十六大提出的“以爱国主义为核心的团结统一、爱好和平、勤劳勇敢自强不息的伟大民族精神”为主题，以教师节、国庆节“一?二九”等重要节庆纪念日为契机，开展各类爱国主义、集体主义、民族精神教育等活动，使广大青少年学生逐步树立民族自信心、自尊心、自豪感。
二、深化品牌活动，推动我校团队工作新发展。
1、开展“共享成长”主题活动，提高青年教师参与团活动的积极性。使青年教师和学生共同在共青团组织的培养下成长，充分发挥团组织的积极作用。
