【摘要】目的:探讨全膀胱切除回肠原位新膀胱术后主要护理内容.方法:收治全膀胱切除回肠原位新膀胱术后患者18 例,对其进行心理护理、尿管的护理、盆底肌功能锻炼,使患者提高恢复能力,预防并发症.结果:痊愈 17 例,排尿困难1例.结论:通过对全膀胱切除回肠原位新膀胱术后尿管护理、盆底肌功能锻炼,患者自然而随意地从原位尿道排尿,基本上恢复术前的生活状态.%Objective:To discuss the primary care content of radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder surgery.Methods:18 patients with radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder were selected,using psychological nursing,catheter nursing,functional exercise of pelvic floor muscle,enable patients to improve
