【摘要】Objective:To detect the cerebral artery automatic adjustment function and cerebral blood flow changes after the drug treatment in the patients with hypertension combined with middle cerebral artery stenosis.Methods:42 patients with hypertension combined with middle cerebral artery stenosis were selected.The patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia were excluded.The patients were given norvasc combined with plavix,lipitor treatment,and monitored the cerebral vascular reactivity.Results:After treatment,the cerebral artery adjustment function of hypertension combined with middle cerebral artery had significantly

increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:The

cerebral

artery

adjustment function after drug treatment is improved.The treatment can reduce the morbidity of cerebral infarction.%目的：检测高血压合并大脑中动脉狭窄患者药物治疗后的脑动脉自动调节功能及脑血流量的变化。方法：收治高血压合并大脑中动脉狭窄患者42例，排除合并糖尿病、高脂血症的患者。给予络活喜联合波立维、立普妥治疗，监测脑血管反应性。结果：经治疗后，高血压合并大脑中动脉狭窄脑动脉调节功能明显升高(P＜0.01)。结论：药物治疗后脑动脉调节功能提高，可降低脑梗死发病率。
