【摘要】Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza
nasal
sprays
on
experimental
cerebral
ischemia.Method:Salvia Miltiorrhiza nasal sprays were given to rats nasally,and the pharmacologic effects were observed in focal cerebral ischemic model with middle cerebral artery obstruction in rats.Result:The scores of neurological function of the medium-dose (1.52 ±0.46)and high-dose(1.38 ±0.41)Salvia Miltiorrhiza nasal sprays group were lower than that of the control group (2.20 ± 0.82),there was a statistically significant difference between the nasal sprays groups and the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; the area of cerebral infarction of the high-dose Salvia Miltiorrhiza nasal sprays group (14.93 ± 4.27) ％ was smaller than that of the control group (20.86 ± 4.23) ％,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Comparing With the swimming time of the control group (16.51 ± 5.82),that of the high-dose Salvia Miltiorrhiza nasal sprays group (9.83 ± 3.15) min was significantly prolonged (P ＜ 0.05).After giving adrenaline,the reduction of microarteriole diameters of the high-dose Salvia Miltiorrhiza nasal sprays group and the control group was (2.72 ± 1.53)μm and (3.40 ±
