78例宫颈癌患者临床治疗分析

【摘要】目的：研究宫颈癌的临床治疗方法。方法选取在我院进行治疗的宫颈癌患者78例，对其临床疗效进行分析。结果5例原位癌患者5年生存率达到100%；16例患者5年生存率是82%，复发转移率为20%；IIIb期宫颈癌5年存活率是24%。结论通过进行妇科普查，进行早期的诊断和治疗，有助于对癌前病变采取防治的方法。%Objective:The clinical treatment of research of cervical cancer. Methods: Selection in our hospital treated 78 cases of patients with cervical cancer,to analyze the clinical curative ef ect. Results:5 patients with carcinoma in situ 5-year survival rate was 100%; The 5-year survival rate is 82%,16 patients relapse metastasis rate was 20%;Stage IIIb cervical cancer 5 - year survival rate was 24%. Conclusions: Through the census of department of gynaecology,early diagnosis and treatment of help on precancerous lesion of prevention and cure method. 【总页数】1页(428-428)
