基于PLC与DCS的步进式加热炉控制系统
摘 要
步进式加热炉是轧钢生产线上的关键设备之一,与轧制机组构成了轧制生产线的主体生产环节。为了提高步进式加热炉产品的质量,本文研究主要是从工业控制的角度出发,对步进式加热炉加热的过程控制系统作了研究和探讨。
本文通过了解整个步进式加热炉的生产工艺及影响因素,确定了燃料燃烧控制系统、温度控制系统和炉膛压力控制系统的控制方案,并对其控制规律及参数进行选择。下位机采用PLC进行软件编程,上位机采用DCS软件进行画面监控显示,实现了加热炉温度和炉膛压力的自动控制功能。最终可达到加热炉安全、经济、高效的运行。

The Step-type Of The Heating Furnace Control System
Based On PLC And DCS
Abstract
Step-type of the heating furnace is one of the key equipment in the production line of rolling steel, it constitutes the main production processes of the rolling production line with the rolling unit. In order to improve the quality of products in the step-type of the heating furnace, in this paper, the research is mainly from the perspective of industrial control, it designs and explores the control system of the heating process about step-type of the heating furnace.
This article designs the control plan of the fuel burning control system, the temperature control system and the chamber pressure control the system through understanding the entire step-type heating furnace's technique of production and influencing factors,and choses its control rule and the parameter. Next-bit machine uses the software of PLC to program the software,the host computer uses the software of MCGS to monitor and display screen,which realizes the automatic control function of the temperature and pressure of the furnace. Finally it achieves the heating furnace movement safely, economically, the highly effective.
