不同丛枝菌根真菌对切花菊矿质营养和抗氧化酶的影响

【摘要】[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi strains (AMF)on the mineral nutrition and antioxidant enzymes of Chrysanthemum morifolium. [ Method] The pot experiment was conducted in the greenhouse, C. Morifolium ' Jin-ba' was inoculated with five kinds of AMF, N, P, K, malondial dehyde (MDA)content and the superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity in roots, leaves and petal of C. Morifolium were measured at seedling and florescence stages. [Result] The G. I,G. E and G. M treatments could promote mineral nutrient absorption, increase N, P, K content in root, leaf and petal of C. Morifolium compared to the control without inoculation. The G.d,G.e and G. M treatments could significantly reduce MDA content in root and petal, thus alleviating membrane permeability and Iipid peroxidation. The G. I treatments could also improve the SOD, POD and CAT activities of C. Morifolium, thereby increasing the capability of scavenging oxygen free radicals. [ Conclusion] According to the comprehensive analysis, G. I was screened out as the best strain to improve mineral nutrition and antioxidant enzyme activities of C. Morifolium.%[目的]研究不同丛枝菌根

真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对切花菊矿质营养和抗氧化酶的影响.[方法]在温室盆栽条件下,对切花菊品种“神马”(Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Jinba’)接种5种AMF,在苗期和花期分别测定切花菊根系、叶片和花瓣中的N、P、K、MDA含量和SOD、POD、CAT抗氧化酶活性.[结果]与未接种对照相比,除G.d外,接种其余4种AMF处理均能不同程度地提高切花菊根系、叶片和花辨中的N、P、K含量,促进矿质营养元素的吸收.G.d和G.m处理能够显著降低切花菊根系和花瓣中的MDA含量,减轻细胞膜脂过氧化.G.i处理能提高切花菊体内SOD、POD、CAT抗氧化酶活性,从而增强其清除活性氧的能力.[结论]G.i是改善切花菊矿质营养和增强抗氧化酶活性的最好菌种. 【总页数】4页(17839-17841,17844)
