汕头市儿童计划免疫接种现状调查与分析

【摘要】 目的：调查汕头市儿童计划免疫接种率，探讨汕头市儿童计划免疫接种率的影响因素。方法：采用分层随机抽样方法，对汕头市六区一县的2009、2010年出生的儿童进行入户调查，记录接种证上记录的儿童免疫接种情况，共调查506名儿童。结果：汕头市儿童计划免疫建卡率98.4%，建证率99.0%。疫苗接种率分别为卡介苗99.8%，脊髓灰质炎疫苗全程99.4%，百白破疫苗全程99.0%，麻疹疫苗97.6%，四苗覆盖率96.8%，乙肝疫苗全程接种率为98.0%，乙肝首针及时接种率为89.1%。流动儿童接种率低于本地儿童，不同年份出生及不同性别儿童“四苗”及乙肝疫苗接种率差异无统计学意义。结论：汕头市儿童计划免疫接种率在较高水平，及时接种率及加强免疫接种率较低。%Objective:To understand the vaccination status of the children in Shantou,grasp the relevant factors that impact the vaccination rate and provide evidences for immunization administration.Method:Stratified random sampling method was adopted in the sampling survey on the children born in 2009 and 2010 of Shantou.Recording the children’s immunization records on the vaccination certificate by household survey.Total 506 children were investigated.Result:99.0%of the children in Shantou had immunization certificates and the rate of card setting was 98.4%.The vaccination rate of BCG,OPV,DTP and MV were
99.8%,99.4%,99.0%,97.6%and the 4 EPI vaccines was 96.8%.The immunization coverage of HepB was 98.0%, but the first dose of timely HepB vaccination rate was only 89.1%.Floating children’s vaccination rate is lower than the local children.All indicators have no statistically significant differences between born in different years and different gender
children(P>0.05).Conclusion:Children
inoculated
