【摘要】Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of bilirubin in artificial bezoar or bezoar in Xinkening Capsules. Method The chromatographic column was loaded with octadecyl silane bonded silica (Phenomenex, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm ) ,with DMSO-tetrahydrofuran-2 % glacial acetic acid (50:47:3) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 445 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of bilirubin was 5.05-50.53 μg/ml (r=0.9999,n=6). The average recovery was 99.86 %, with RSD of 1.36 %. The bilirubin contents of Xinkening Capsules from four different manufacturers were detected, among which the bilirubin contents of three manufacturers' products were low or undetected. Conclusion This method is accurate and simple, and can be adopted in the determination of bilirubin in artificial bezoar or bezoar in Xinkening Capsules.%目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定心可宁胶囊中人工牛黄(牛黄)胆红素的含量.方法 色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(Phenomenex,4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以二甲基亚砜-四氢呋喃-2 %冰醋酸溶液(50:47:3)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长445 nm,柱温 30 ℃.结果 胆红素浓度线性范围为5.05~50.53 μg/mL( r=0.9999, n=6),平均加样回收率为99.86 %, RSD为
