摘 要
本设计为全现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构高层住宅,总建筑面积约31029㎡,地处8度抗震设防区域,场地土为Ⅱ类,施工设计是本设计的重点,本设计的内容主要有:建筑特征:内墙面:厨房、卫生间墙面为水泥砂浆拉毛墙面、管道井为水泥砂浆墙面,其余为水泥石膏砂浆抹面刮白墙面。顶棚:室内所有房间为水泥石膏砂浆抹面瓜白顶棚,电梯前室为纸面石膏板吊顶。楼地面:住宅楼室内地面、楼梯间及楼梯为1:2.5水泥砂浆露面。油漆:予埋铁件外露金属材料刷红丹防锈漆二道。钢筋:φ为HPB235级钢筋, φ为HRB335级钢筋,为HRB400级钢筋和冷轧带肋钢筋。
钢筋接头:钢筋接头为直螺纹连接和焊接连接。焊条:HPB235热轧钢筋与HPB235热轧钢筋之间焊接用E43型,HRB335热轧钢筋与HRB335热轧钢筋之间焊接用E50型,HRB400热轧钢筋用E55型。砌体:砌体砌筑质量控制等级为B级,填充墙均为烧结黏土空心砖,外墙300mm厚,内墙200mm厚及100mm厚。填充墙长度≥5m时,墙体中间增设卧梁,填充墙长度≥4m时,在墙高中部增设构造柱,填充墙与框架柱、构造柱必须拉结,按规范要求设置拉结筋。安装工程:生活给水系统,消防给水系统,污水排放系统,雨水排放系统,采暖系统,排放烟系统,照明系统,动力配电系统,有线电视系统,综合布线及电话,防雷、接地及等电位连接保护系统。 关键词:施工设计 主体工程 安装

Abstract
This design for all the cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structure high-rise residential, with a total construction area of about 31029 ㎡. Located in 8 degree seismic fortification area, site Ⅱ class for soil types. The construction organization design is the design key point. The main content of this design:Features: metope inside: the kitchen, toilet metope for cement mortar roughcast walls, conduit well cement mortar metope, the rest for cement mortar plaster gypsum scrape white metope.Ceiling: indoor all the room for the mortar cement gypsum plaster melon white ceiling, elevator plasterboard condole room for before.Floors: building indoor ground, stair and stair of 1:2.5 cement mortar appearances.Paint: to bury iron castings exposed metal materials brush paint two word turns. HPB235 level for reinforced: φHRB335 level for reinforcing steel bar and reinforced HRB400 reinforced and level, for cold rolled ribbed bars.
Reinforced joint: reinforced joint for straight thread connecting and welding connection.HPB235 hot-rolled steel welding: with HPB235 hot-rolled steel welding E43 type, with between HRB335 hot-rolled steel and HRB335 hot-rolled steel welding E50 type, with between HRB400 reinforced with hot E55 Masonry: masonry laying quality control level for class B, filling, wall all for sintering clay hollow bricks, exterior wall 200 thick thick, 300 and 100 thick type.Fill walls length, wall was p, adding lie among beam filling wall length 4m, in wall p division, fill walls and adding construction.but frame column, Rachel, press construction.but must specification requirements set Rachel muscle.Installation: the drinking water systems, fire water supply system, and sewage system, rainwater drainage system, heating system, and discharge smoke system, lighting systems, power distribution system, cable TV system, integrated wiring and telephone, lightning protection and grounding and equipotential connection protection system.
