【摘要】OBJECTIVE Medical Examination Center’s protection discussion for the management measures of Prevention nosocomial infection. METHOD Enhancing the consciousness of medical staff through the knowledgement training on the Prevention nosocomial infection, making the effective prevention and cure measure to disinfection, isolation, Periodic inspection and evaluation. RESULTS Enhanced the medical staff’s consciousness of prevention nosocomial infection, and the qualification rate of nosocomial infection is 100%, the satisfaction degree of physical examinees has been improved from 85% to 98%, which attracts many new and old customers coming for physical examination,win good economic and social benefits. CONCLUSION The efficient Medical Examination Center’s protection for the management measures of Prevention nosocomial infection could reduce the infection and prevent the spread of the nosocomial infection.%目的探讨体检中心预防医院内感染的管理措施。方法对体检中心全体医护人员进行院内感染知识培训，增强医务人员预防院内感染的意识。制定切实有效的消毒、隔离措施，定期进行检查和考核。结果全体医护人员预防院内感染意识增强，院内感染监测合格率100%，体检者对医院的满意度有原来的85%上升到98%，吸引大批
