【摘要】According to the previous studies,some key indicators soch as the hemodynamic parameters (pressure,flow rate,shear stress,etc.) as well as the geometry and the location of tear are closely related to the development of aortic dissection but are hard to measure in vivo.With the help of computational fluid dynamic method,a promising way is just shown to investigate the mechanisms and treatment of aortic dissection from the perspectivc of hemodynamics by constructing a three-dimensional model to simulate blood flow.This paper presents a systematic review of the development of aortic dissection research and the major research progress of computational fluid dynamics applied to the analysis of aortic dissection.%血流动力学参数(压强、血液流速、血管壁剪切应力等)及几何形态与主动脉夹层的发展关系密切,但在体内难以测得这些血流动力学指标.基于计算流体力学方法(CFD),通过构建体外模型模拟血液流动情况进行血流动力学分析,为研究主动脉夹层形成机制及治疗手段提供了一条新的方法.本文着重介绍了CFD应用于分析主动脉夹层的主要研究进展,并展望了主动脉夹层研究领域CFD技术未来发展方向. 【总页数】4页(477-480)
