大学生群体绿色消费行为的影响因素研究
摘 要
随着我国经济水平和居民消费水平的日益提高,居民的生活方式越来越丰富,消费规模也随之日益增长,从而带来了越来越大的环境压力。环境的恶化对人类生存和发展所带来的威胁,让我们意识到转变我国居民的生活和消费模式的重要性,绿色消费这一概念也呼之欲出。推进居民绿色消费行为也是缓解环境压力的根本途径之一。研究和分析影响居民绿色消费行为的因素,掌握居民绿色消费心理和行为特点及规律有利于引导我国居民的绿色消费行为以及推动我国绿色消费的进一步发展,改善生态环境,提高自身生活质量等。
本文对A大学在校大学生进行调查,在对以往相关研究文献综述回顾的基础上,采用问卷调查的方式收集相应的数据,并进行统计分析。通过在A大学的图书馆和寝室发放调查问卷,总共发放了200份问卷,回收197份问卷,并从中选出100份有效问卷,运用SPSS软件或Excel进行有效问卷的数据的输入和分析,发现消费者了解绿色消费的途径有很多种,在电子媒体和书报等途径方面居多,所以要在这些方面巩固并加强宣传绿色消费知识,商店和海报方面要结合一起扩大宣传;同时,企业方面需把绿色产品包装上的环保标志更醒目化;此外,合理利用有效的资源,在学校里开展绿色消费知识的宣传和教育;同时家人、朋友、同学之间要相互监督、相互交流。此外,消费者中,提出推动绿色消费发展的有效方法的分析中,发现大学生下意识的觉得自身对于绿色消费的知识还不够了解,了解的途径差异大,途径少,也反映了绿色消费观念还未深入人心,同时也反映了政府、企业、消费者三方面对于绿色消费这一新型的消费模式还不够重视也还未在他们心中留下深刻记忆,三者的联系和努力还不够。消费者和企业、政府都需要了解绿色消费的知识,而为了能更好地使他们了解绿色消费知识,政府就需要推行相关政策和行动来为他们创造一个了解的平台。企业转型发展绿色产品,政府就要给予最大的支持,使他们减少后顾之忧,才能投入生产销售,消费者也才能开展绿色消费行为。政府开展宣传和教育,企业和消费者都应该相互配合,三方达到信息对称,共同推动绿色消费的发展。

In addition, consumers in promoting the green consumerism of development of effective method of analysis, without feeling college students their own for green consumption of knowledge is not enough to know and understand the way of different, the way is also reflected, in the green consumption concept is not widespread, it also reflected the government, enterprises and consumers the three aspects about the green consumerism as a new consumer mode is not pay enough attention to it before they leave a deep memory. The three is wanting in linking and working hard enough. Consumers and businesses, governments need to know the green consumption of knowledge, to better to make them understand the green consumption, the government will introduce relevant policies and actions to create a platform. Transformation of enterprises to develop green products, the government will provide maximum support, making them reduce the apprehensions, put on production and sales, consumers can only act in green consumption. The government carries out to propagate and educate, businesses and consumers should be mutual, the three arrive at the information completeness and to drive the development of green consumption.
