【摘要】Objective Analysis of postpartum hemorrhage nursing emergency plan and nursing measures and its effect.Methods 76 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our production and maternal were selected and were divided into research group and control group, 38 cases in each group. Control group was given about basic nursing, research group was given about postpartum hemorrhage nursing emergency

plans,

and

implemented

about

effective

nursing

intervention.Results The hemostasis time and length of stay in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of research group was 92.11%, higher than that of control group 71.05%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionNursing emergency plan and nursing intervention for postpartum hemorrhage could help to shorten the bleeding time and length of stay in hospital, improve nursing satisfaction.%目的：分析产后大出血的护理应急预案与护理对策及其效果。方法选取76例在我院生产并发生产后大出血的产妇，分为研究组和对照组，每组各38例，对照组给予基础性护理，研究组给予大出血护理应急预案，并实施有效护理干预。结果研究组的止血时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组，研究组产妇的护理满意度为
