黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎8例临床分析
【摘要】目的 总结黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎（xgp）的诊断治疗体会。方法 对7年收治的8例xgp病例资料进行分析。结果 8例术前未能确诊，行手术切除患肾，术后由病理检查确诊。结论 xgp容易误诊，应尽可能术前确诊，治疗以手术切除患肾为主。 【关键词】黄色肉芽肿；肾盂肾炎；肾实质感染
【abstract】objective to summarize the diagnostic and therapeutic experiences of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis. method to analyze the data of 8
xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis patients during the past 7 years. result trouble kindeies of the 8 patients were resected and made a definite diagnosis by pathological examination. conclusion we probably misdiagnosed xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis, and thence we should make a preoperative definite diagnosis as far as possible. resecting the trouble kidney is the chief therapeutic method. 【key words】xanthogranuloma; pyelonephritis; renal parenchyma’s infection
