一、各班主任要经常对学生进行文明礼仪教育，教育学生上下楼梯时要靠右行，不要拥挤，防止踩踏积压等不安全事故的发生，对有这样现象的学生要给予批评教育，责令其改正错误行为。
二、上下楼梯的教师要对学生上下楼梯故意打闹等不良现象给予制止，防止拥堵现象的发生。
三、在上课期间，教学大楼的所有大小门都要打开，一旦发生拥挤踩踏或者火灾等问题，便于学生及时有效地疏散。
四、学生在经过楼梯发生踩踏等安全事故时，所在教师要及时组织疏导，防止事故进一步扩大。
五、一旦发生踩踏等安全事故，所在老师要马上报告学校领导 ，同时根据伤情拨打120急救电话，组织送往最近的医院进行抢救处理。
