【摘要】目的 总结足背游离静脉皮瓣在伴有皮肤及血管神经缺损的复杂性断指再植中的应用,为复杂软组织缺损的断指再植提供一个新的供区. 方法 2011年6月—2013年6月,应用游离足背静脉皮瓣修复伴有软组织缺损的断指再植患者9例10指,一次性修复再植手指与皮肤血管缺损. 结果 以足背静脉皮瓣桥接复杂软组织缺损的断指,可扩大断指再植的适应证,术后皮瓣修复手指外形、质地较好,对足部活动不影响,皮瓣质地接近手部正常皮肤,皮瓣感觉部分恢复. 结论 游离足背静脉皮瓣能一次性修复再植手指血管与皮肤缺损,不需二次整形,能在一次麻醉下进行,具有创伤小、供区隐蔽等优点,成活手指功能和外形恢复较好,且取材方便,成活率高.%Objective To summarize our clinical use of dorsal foot free venous flap in the patients of complex severed fingers replantation with skin and neurovascular loss, and provide a new donor site to the severed hand injury. Methods The dorsal foot free venous flap was used in the patients that need reconstruction and replantation of the severed fingers with complex skin and neurovascular loss from 2011.6~2013.6, summarized 9 cases and 10 fingers.
