早期康复护理对老年脑梗死患者的效果分析

【摘要】目的：研究在护理老年脑梗死患者过程中采取早期康复护理的临床效果。方法依据患者入院就诊时间将我院2015年9月-2016年9月收治的62例老年脑梗死患者随机分为对照组（n=31）与实验组（n=31）。采取我院常规护理的患者作为对照组，采取早期康复护理干预的患者作为实验组，对比分析两组患者护理后运动功能、神经功能、日常生活能力以及护理有效率。结果实验组患者运动功能（58.38±5.68）分、神经功能（9.28±3.27）分、日常生活能力（45.38±4.36）分、护理有效率96.77%，均优于对照组，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将早期康复护理干预措施应用于老年脑梗死患者临床护理中存在显著效果，能够有效改善护理依从性，提升患者日后生存质量。%Objective To study the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
