【摘要】Objective To investigate the relationship between C3435T gene polymorphism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) in multidrug resistance gene 1 ( MDR-1 ) .Methods Blood samples of 98 cases of COPD patients ( COPD group) and 88 cases of normal people( control group) were collected from the outpatient and inpatient of Respiratory Medicine of Baotou Central Hospital during January and December 2012.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR-RFLP ) method was adopted for detection of gene type,and the genotype and allele frequency distribution of the COPD group

compared,the

number,genotype risk ratio and 95% CI were calculated. Results In the CDPD group,the C3435T genotype was CC type in 19 cases(19.39%),CT type in 44 cases (44.90%),and TT type in 35 cases(35.71%); in the control group,CC 62 cases (70.46%),CT 20 cases (22.72%),TT 6 cases(6.82%).The CC,CT,and TT genotype distribution of the two groups had statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and the COPD risk of CT +TT genotype was 9.207 times of CC genotype(OR=9.207,95%CI 4.707-18.006); allele
