甘麦大枣汤配合电针耳穴治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效观

【摘要】目的：运用甘麦大枣汤配合电针耳穴治疗中风后抑郁症，对比患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、日常生活能力量表(Barthel指数)评分，观察该方法对中风后抑郁症患者精神症状以及生活质量的改善。方法：将符合本研究的纳入标准和排除标准的患者随机归入治疗组和对照组，进行 HAMD 量表、Barthel 指数测定。结果：治疗组Barthel指数减分值优于对照组，且两者相比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：甘麦大枣汤配合电针耳穴对中风后抑郁症状的改善确有疗效，并且对PSD患者生活质量的提高有一定作用。%Objective:The use of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of post stroke depression patients before and after treatment,to compare with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and activity of daily living scale (Barthel index) score,to observe the method of post stroke depression patients with psychiatric symptoms and improve the quality of life.Methods:Patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The HAMD scale and Barthel index were determined.Results:The Barthel index of the treatment group was better than the control group, and there was a
significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganmai
Dazao decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on improving the symptoms of depression after stroke is effective, and to improve the quality of life of patients with PSD have a certain effect. 【总页数】2页(99-100)
