摘要
企业管理创新,是在传统企业管理基础上创造的更有效的整合企业有限资源,创造出新的管理手段。改革开放以来,中国企业的经营状况,充分证明,加强和改善企业管理,根本之道在于不断进行以质量为导向和以适应市场为模式的企业管理创新是企业经营成败与兴衰的关键。本文从分析我国企业管理创新的紧迫性入手,结合我国企业所面临的市场化、全球化、信息化挑战以及知识经济到来的大环境要求,提出了我国企业目前管理创新的重点领域以及实施管理创新的对策。

Abstract
Enterprise management innovation is based on the traditional business management to create a more effective integration of enterprise limited resources, to create a new management tool. Since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises operating conditions, proved to strengthen and improve enterprise management, the key lies in the ongoing quality-oriented and to adapt to the market as a model of enterprise management innovation is the key to business success and prosperity. Based on the analysis of the urgency of enterprise management innovation, combining with China's enterprises are facing the market, globalization, information technology challenges as well as the arrival of the knowledge economy, environment requirements, proposed management innovation of enterprises currently the focus areas and the implementation of management innovation countermeasures.

第1章 引言
1.1 概述
随着经济全球化的不断深入发展,我国正积极融入到国际经济的大市场环境中,对于国内企业而言,既要面对国内国际两大市场的激烈竞争和挑战,又要应对我国当前经济体制及经济增长方式的不断变革。因此,为保持企业发展的可持续性,就必须进行企业管理制度的创新。因为企业管理制度是企业施行管理的基础,是保障企业各项活动顺利进行的根本规范。而今,随着企业的发展壮大,传统的管理制度已经不能满足现代企业的管理要求,必须进行制度创新。
制度创新是指新制度(或新制度结构)产生,否定、扬弃或改变旧制度(或旧制度结构)的动态过程。具体地说,民营中小企业制度创新是 ”以企业为主体,为更好地实现企业制度的功能,在收益与成本评价的基础上,在制度供给的范围内设计新的企业制度的过程” 。制度创新主要涵盖企业财产关系、治理结构、分配融资、运行机制、管理模式等方面的创新范畴,它与技术等其他创新既有共性又有个性和显著特征。首先,民营中小企业的制度创新是其产品创新、技术创新、市场创新等一系列创新活动的前提,是产生主动创新和持续创新的重要制度保证;其次,企业制度要随着生产力和市场经济发展而不断完善,就必须适应经济全球化的需要,不断创新;另外,制度创新涉及企业内部不同层面的机制变革,同时还涉及企业外部的金融体制改革、社会保障制度改革、政府机构改革等外部制度变革,我们必须从系统的观点出发,注重企业外部制度创新与内部制度创新的协调运行,促使其互动共进。
