摘 要
计算机网络就是利用通信设备和线路将处于不同地理位置的、功能独立的
多个计算机系统连接起来,以功能完善的网络软件(即网络通信协议、网络操作系统等)实现网络资源共享和信息传递的系统。通俗地讲就是由多台计算机(或其它计算机网络设备)通过传输介质和软件物理(或逻辑)连接在一起组成的。总的来说计算机网络的组成基本上包括:计算机、网络操作系统、传输介质(可以是有形的,也可以是无形的,如无线网络的传输介质就是看不见的电磁波)以及相应的应用软件四部分。
局域网是一种小范围内的网络,是网络的组成细胞。一个网络有时就是由大大小小的局域网互连而成的,人们在工作与生活中,经常使用的是局域网。例如,在一个办公楼里组建一个可以资源共享的小型办公局域网。本次设计即完成一个办公楼局域网系统的设计。
