【摘要】Objective To investigate the curative effect of Deanxit combined with alprazolam in the treat- ment of functional dyspepsia (FD) and the influence on patient mood ,gastrointestinal function and gastro- intestinal hormone levels .Methods According to the order of admission ,92 patients with FD were ran- domly divided into the experimental group and the control group w ith 46 patients in each g roup .T he tw o g roups w ere all treated w ith domperidone ,on the basis of this , the experimental group added Deanxit com bined w ith alprazolam .All patients w ere observed for 6 w eeks .T he clinical efficacy and the gastroin- testinal emptying rate ,anxiety and depression status and gastrointestinal hormone levels before and af ter treatment of the tw o g roups w ere compared .Results T he total effective rate of treatment in the experi- mental g roup w as higher than that in the control group ( P＜0 .05).Af ter 6 w eeks of treatment ,the anxi- ety self-rating scale index and the self-rating depression index of the two groups were significantly low er than those before treatment (P＜0 .05 or 0 .01 ).T he gastrointestinal emptying rate and serum gastrin , plasma
