中外学生融合模式下国际化人才培养途径的研究与实践

【摘要】经济全球化背景下,各行各业对国际化人才需求日趋增大,培养国际化人才成为当前大学人才培养工作的重要目标之一.国际化人才具有国际视野、国际交往能力和国际竞争力3个基本特征,其培养方式可分为出国培养和本土培养.中国学生与留学生融合教育是一种有效的国际化人才培养模式.通过改革留学生管理,创造条件和环境促进中外学生交流与合作,对于培养国际化人才具有重要意义.中外学生融合教育途径可以灵活多样,而\交流合作,互补双赢\是创新方法的关键思路.%Globalization leads to the increase of the demand for international talents in economic and other fields rapidly.Cultivating international talents becomes one of the important objectives of the training of university.Internationalized talents have three basic characteristics
