【摘要】Objective To observe the therapeutic effect caused by the combination of Pulmicort Respules and Combivent nebulizer inhalation in the treatment of infantile asthmatic disease. Methods 280 cases of infantile asthmatic diseases in children and the above cases were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group. 160 cases in the treatment group were treated with the combination of Pulmicort Respules and Combivent nebulizer inhalation on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment; 120 cases in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive treatment. The symptoms of two groups,the number of signs disappearing days and clinical efficacy were observed. Results The cure rate of the treatment group (91.25%) was significantly higher than that of control group (72.50%),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). And symptoms in the treatment group and the number of signs disappearing days were less that these of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
