皮纳塔，是一种用来庆祝节日的游戏，起源于中国春节。最早的皮纳塔是用纸包裹着装满种子和小型水果。由马可波罗在中国学习后，传到了欧洲。皮纳塔也叫“圣诞爆竹”。在英国，每当人们过年的时候都会拉响（砸破）圣诞爆竹（皮纳塔），表示新的一年的来到，庆祝“春节”。
皮纳塔的玩法非常简单, 在皮纳塔里放入糖果和礼物，悬挂在树上或站立在地上。小朋友拿着敲打棒，轮流上前用力敲打几下，直到砸破皮纳塔, 糖果就会撒下来，小朋友哄抢里面的糖果和礼物, 这一切都代表了好运气。
