【摘要】Objective:To investigate the PDCA model of care in the combined ef ect of lung infection prevention study in pediatric cardiac surgery.Methods:2011.8 -2013.8 cardio-thoracic surgical treatment in our hospital 110 cases were divided into control group and observation group,and then the two groups of patients with pulmonary infection incidence,severity,dura-tion,postoperative hospital stay and care of children carried compliance Compare.Results:There was a statistical y significant clinical dif erences;Conclusion:PDCA model of care can signifi-cantly prevent the occurrence of lung infections in children after cardiac surgery,and can ef ectively reduce postoperative hospital stay.%目的：探讨 PDCA 护理模式在小儿心脏术后预防肺部感染中的综合效果研究。方法：选取2011．8－2013．8我院心胸外科治疗的110例分为对照组和观察组，然后将两组患肺部感染的发病率、严重程度、病程、术后住院时间以及患儿护理依从性进行比较。结果：两组临床差异具有统计学意义；结论：PDCA 护理模式可显著预防小儿心脏术后发生肺部感染，并可有效缩短术后住院时间。
