重症多形红斑与中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者的临床对比研

【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical features and appropriate therapies of Stevens-Johnson syndrme(SJS)and toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN).Methods The clinical data of hospitalized patients for 9 casss of SJS and 4 cases of TEN were reviewed retrospectively.Results SJS and TEN had ofetn been caused by drug reaction.The range of lesion,the degree of damage and mucous membranc involvement were higher in TEN than in SJS.It was characterized bye the deatchment of the epidermis all over the body in TEN.SJS was characterized by round red \cireles with purple-grey centers)The incidence of complication were higher in TEN than in SJS.The acute and recovery phase of TEN were longer than SJS.At the early stage all patients were treated by corticosteroid.Intravenous immunogtobulins(IVIG)treatment had been used in TEN group at the same time.The prognosis for SJS and TEN were good and allpatients were cured.Conclusion SJS and TEN are usually results from adurg reaction.TEN is severer than SJS.Treatment with enough corticosteroids at the early stage is necessary for SJS and TEN caused by drug eruption .The treatment of
