【摘要】Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:107 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into the reference group with 53 cases and the experimental group with 54 cases.Results:In the experimental group,the bone mineral density and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The

intervention on elderly patients with osteoporosis is very satisfied,and the quality of life of the patients and the improvement of bone mineral density have a vital role.%目的：探讨社区护理干预对老年骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响。方法：收治老年骨质疏松症患者107例，随机分为参照组53例和试验组54例。结果：试验组的骨密度值及各生活质量评分均明显高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：老年骨质疏松症患者应用社区护理干预的效果十分满意，对患者生活质量以及骨密度值的提高均具有至关重要的作用。
