三维CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用及护理观察

【摘要】Objective:To explore the application of three-dimensional CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm and nursing value.Methods:192 patients with suspected aneurysm were selected from April 2010 to September 2014.They were given 3D-CTA examination.The
effects
before
and
after
nursing
were
observed.Results:In 192 suspected patients,34 cases not found the aneurysm,and the remaining 158 cases found 175 aneurysms.3D-CTA examination result showed that,except in 1 case, the rest were one-time examination success;the aneurysm sensitivity was 92% ;the specificity was 94.1% .Conclusion:In the diagnosis of aneurysms,using three-dimensional CT angiography can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and through the implementation of nursing can improve the prognosis of the patients.%目的：探讨三维CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用及护理价值。方法：2010年4月-2014年9月收治疑似动脉瘤患者192例，均行三维CT血管造影技术(Three-dimensional CT angiogra-phy，3D-CTA)检查，观察护理前后的效果。结果：192例疑似患者，未发现动脉瘤34例，其余158例发现动脉瘤175个，3D-CTA检查结果，除1例外，其余均一次性检查成功，动脉瘤敏感性92%，特异性94.1%。结论：在诊断动脉瘤中，采用三维
