纤维素酶高产菌株的筛选及鉴定

【摘要】[Objective] This study aimed to identify a cellulase-producer strain which was selected from tropical rain forestry soils. [Method] Morphologic observation and sequence analysis of 18S rDNA were conducted. [Result] A cellulase-producing strain with high activity was obtained , and morphology of the strain was highly similar to that of Trichoderma rsesei. Results of sequence analysis showed that the 185 rDNA sequence shared 99% homology with Hypocrea jecorina. [Conclusion] The isolated cellulase-producer strain belonged to Trichoderma reesei.%[目的]从热带雨林土壤中分离纤维素酶高产菌,并对其进行鉴定.[方法]形态观察和18S rDNA序列分析.[结果]筛选到一株纤维素酶高产菌,其形态与里氏木霉很相似,18S rDNA序列与红褐肉座菌同源性为99.9％.[结论]筛选到的纤维素酶产生菌为里氏木霉. 【总页数】3页(22206-22208)
