帕利哌酮缓释片与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

【摘要】目的：比较帕利哌酮缓释片与喹硫平对男性精神分裂症患者的疗效、安全性及社会功能的影响。方法：将84例精神分裂症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各42例，治疗组口服帕利哌酮缓释片，对照组口服喹硫平，进行为期12周对照研究。在治疗前、治疗2，4，8，12周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表（ PANSS）评定疗效、个人和社会功能量表（ PSP）评定社会功能、副反应量表（ TESS）评定不良反应。结果：研究终点2组PANSS评分总分及分量表分均较治疗前下降明显；PSP总分较治疗前显著升高，差异具有显著性（P＜0．05）；2组有效率比较无显著差异（65．6％，63．9％，P＞0．05）；治疗至第8，12周末，组间PANSS评分比较，治疗组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；PSP评分治疗组显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗组主要不良反应为困倦、震颤、静坐不能，对照组则以嗜睡、体质量增加、心动过速多见，2组均无严重不良反应，治疗组更轻微（P＜0．05）。结论：帕利哌酮缓释片与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症均有显著效果，二者疗效相当；帕利哌酮缓释片能更好改善患者社会功能，且不良反应小，安全性好。%Objective:To compare the efficacy, safety and influence on social function between paliperidone and quetiapine in the treat-ment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ( n=42) .The treatment group oral
palperidone, the control group oral quetiapine, controlled study for 12 weeks.Before treatment, treatment 2, 4,8,12 weekends using curative effect for assessment of positive and negative symptoms scale ( PANSS) , personal and social functioning scale ( PSP) social function, and symptoms

evaluate
the
adverse
reaction.Results:Research at the end of two groups of PANSS score and total score was significantly lower the subscales;PSP total score was significantly higher, the difference was sig-nificant(P<0.05);Two groups of efficient was no significant difference(65.6%,63.9%,P>0.05);Treatment to 8, 12 weekends, PANSS score comparison between groups, the treatment

than
the
control
group( P<0.01);PSP score in treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Treatment group main adverse reactions for drowsiness, tremor, akathisia, the con-trol group with sleepiness, increase the quality of body, tachycardia, two groups had no serious adverse
reactions,
the
treatment
group
more
mild(P<0.05).Conclusion:palperidone and quetiapine have a significant effect in the treatment of schizophrenia, the curative effect of similar;palperidone could better improve the patients'social function, and less adverse reaction, good safety. 【总页数】3页(28-30)
