摘 要
随着社会的发展,时代的进步,电脑和网络已经渐渐走进千家万户。在这个互联网飞速发展和普及的时代中,互联网作为当今四大传播媒体之一,为人们的相互交流搭载了一个新的平台,在我们的日常生活中扮演着不可或缺的角色。互联网作为新生事物,它与人们日常的交流方式有别。由于网络不断地快速发展,人们在网络中相互交流时使用的书面语和类似口头语的语言已经远远无法满足人们的需求,因此大批的网络新词如雨后春笋般应运而生。
随着中国经济和国际地位的迅速增长,世界范围内的汉语热持续升温,越来越多的外国人来到中国学习中国历史和汉语文化。对外汉语学习者的学习动机与早些年间的有所不同,学习者不再只单纯地要求掌握汉语文字和语法,而是更加注重培养运用汉语的交流能力。
众所周知,语言文化是外国人及少数民族同胞学习汉语的主要内容,而词汇又是语言学习中的重要部分,网络新词恰恰能反映社会发展,丰富汉语词汇,因此在对外汉语教学中要加强对网络新词教学的重视,并找到切实有效的教学策略。

Abstract
With the development of society, computers and networks are gradually become households. When the era of Internet develops rapidly and pervasively, it has made itself one of the four major broadcast media nowadays by creating a new platform for people to communicate with each other. Due to the rapid development of network, the written and spoken language that people employed on the network to communicate are far from enough to meet the communicative demands, as a result, a great deal of network neologies have sprung up and emerged in time.
With the rapid growth of Chinese economy and its international position, the popularization of Chinese all over the world keeps warming up, meanwhile, more and more foreigners come to China to learn Chinese history and Chinese culture. The motivation of the learners who are into the external Chinese differentiates from that of early years. And the learners are required not only to master the basic characteristics and grammar in the study of Chinese but also to strengthen the capability of the application of Chinese in communication.
Language and culture are the major content for foreigners and Chinese ethnic minority compatriots to learn Chinese. As is known to all that the vocabulary is of great importance for acquiring language while the network neology as a reflection of the development of society is a supplement of Chinese vocabulary. Therefore, we should throw light upon introducing the network neology and strengthen its emphasis on the teaching of Chinese as a second language, meanwhile, we ought to put our heart and soul in feeling our way of some practical as well as effective teaching strategies.
