【摘要】Objective To compare the stress state of patients with laparoscopic and open myomectomy during the perioperative period. Methods 28 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from September 2010 to December 2012 were selected as group A,and 28 patients with open myomectomy at the same time were the group B,then the SBP,DBP,HR and serum stress indexes of two groups before the operation at 2th day and after the operation at 1st and 3th day were compared. Results The SBP,DBP and HR of group A were all lower than those of group B,and serum stress indexes were significantly lower than those of group B,all P<0.05,there were significant differences between those indexes. Conclusion The stress state fluctuation of patients with laparoscopic and open myomectomy during the perioperative period is obviously smaller than that of open myomectomy,and it is more is more benefit to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.% 目的比较腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术患者围术期的应激状态.方法选取2011年1月—2012年12月采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗的28例患者为A组,同时以同期采用开腹手术进行治疗的28例患者为B组,将两组患者术前2 d及术后1、3 d的SBP、DBP、HR及血清中的应激指标进行比较.结果 A组术后术后1、3 d
