摘要: 供油泵是生产生活中重要的电气设备,由于其长时间全压工频的运行方式,能耗较大,造成能源浪费,并加剧油泵的磨损。本文主要研究PLC与变频器在加油站油泵控制系统中的应用,通过引入变频器,对供油泵控制系统进行设计改造,利用变频器本身的软启动特性,大大降低了启动时对供油泵的冲击、磨损和噪音,提高了供油泵的使用寿命。 本设计是基于西门子S7-300 PLC控制器,运用PID控制算法,对系统采用变频恒压控制,有效解决了系统供油压力不稳,油量不足的问题。论文还研究了S7-300与MM440之间通过PROFIBUS-DP总线传输数据控制变频器及单片机与S7-300通过CP340进行Modbus RTU通信问题;采用SIMATIC WinCC(Windows Control Center)--视窗控制中心进行电机的电压、电流、频率、速度、压力和变频器故障报警等的监控。调试数据表明,本系统运行过程中供油稳定,最大限度提高了电机的效率,达到了节约能源的目的,且提高了供油质量,设备运行的维护量也大大降低。 关键词:油泵 变频器 WinCC PROFIBUS-DP PIDCP340 MODBUS RTU I

Title The design of control system of oil pump based on PLC Abstract Oil pump is important in life and production of electrical equipment, due to for a long time in the total pressure of the power frequency operation mode and large energy consumption, resulting in energy waste, and increased pump wear.This article mainly research application of PLC and inverter in the pump control system, through introducing the frequency converter, to design for oil pump control system transformation, soft start character of the use of frequency converter, greatly reduces the startup impact to supply pump, wear and noise, increased for the service life of pump. This design is based on SIEMENS PLC S7-300 controller, the use of PID control algorithm, the system uses constant frequency constant pressure control, and effectively solve the system supply pressure instability, the problem of insufficient oil. The S7-300 PLC and MM440 through PROFIBUS-DP bus data transmission control inverter and single chip microcomputer and S7-300 through CP340 Modbus RTU communication problems, using SIMATIC WinCC (Windows Control Center), Windows Control Center for motor voltage, current, frequency, speed, pressure and failure of frequency converter alarm monitoring. Test data show that, in the running process of the system and stable oil supply, maximum improves the efficiency of the motor, to achieve the purpose of saving energy and improves the quality of the fuel supply, equipment maintenance is also greatly reduced.
