【摘要】Objective To compare the effects of endobronchial blocker and double-lumen endobronchial tube on intrapulmonary shunt (Qs/Qt) during one-lung ventilation (OLV). Methods Forty-four patients undergoing lung cancer operation with video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) were equally randomized into two groups of A(OLV with endobronchial blocker) and B(OLV with double-lumen endobronchial tube). A fiberoptic bronchoscope was used to confirm a right position of the tubes of two groups. BP, HR, SpO2, airway pressure were recorded. Blood gas analysis was performined at 5 min during two-lung ventilation(TO) and 5 min(Tl) 、30 min(T2)、60 min(T3) during OLV. Qs/Qt was calculated. Results Compared to TO, Qs/Qt during OLV was increased in both groups(P<0. 01). Values of Qs/Qt at Tl,T2 and T3 was lower in group A than those in group B (P<0. 01).
